When you are not feeling your best, every day can feel like trying to climb an insurmountable mountain.  Then, when you finally do make the decision to seek help, choosing a counselor can seem like an even more daunting task.  After all, there are so many people to choose from (and how easy is it to get distracted by the strange letter combinations after all their names!)

Of all the therapists out there, I am honored that you have taken the time to come look at my page.  I virtually welcome you and encourage you to take a look around to see if we might be a good fit for each other.  I am a firm believer that therapy is never going to work if you are not comfortable with the person that you are talking to.  Even if we do not look like a good fit, I would be happy to help steer you in the direction of someone who might be.  Ultimately, my job is to ensure that you get to exactly where you need to become your best self.
